Kindly read the following instructions carefully before proceeding with the online registration.

1. Online Registration
   1. Registration is mandatory for seeking admission in R.P. School, Nagbal.
   2. Online Registration starts from Tuesday, 1st September, 2026.
   3. Last date for submission of the registration form is Wednesday, 9th September, 2026.
2. Eligibility Criteria
   1. Admission is open for Nursery only.
   2. Child should be 3+ years and below 4 years as on 31st October, 2026.
   3. Eligible Date of Birth should be between 1st November, 2022 and 31st October, 2023.
3. Documents Required During Online Registration
   1. A recent passport-sized photograph of the child, father and mother in .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB each).
   2. A recent group photograph of the father, mother and child in .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB).
   3. Ensure you have the child's Date of Birth (D.O.B.) Certificate in .jpg or .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB).
      Note: The Date of Birth should be valid and verifiable online.
   4. Aadhaar Cards of the Father, Mother and Child in .jpg or .JPEG format (Maximum size: 5 MB each).
   5. A valid Parent's Mobile Number and Email ID must be available for communication.
4. Interaction Process
   1. Admission to Nursery will be through a formal interaction with the child and parents.
   2. The presence of the child along with both parents during the interaction is mandatory.
5. Documents to Bring on the Day of Interaction
   1. Original Birth Certificate.
   2. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the child and both parents.
   3. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner.
   4. Blood Group Report of the child.
   5. Highest Qualification Certificates of both parents.
   6. If parent is an alumnus/alumna of the school, produce supporting documents.
   7. If sibling is studying in the school, submit latest fee receipt and report card.
   8. Single parent applicants should provide relevant documentary proof.
6. Important Instructions
   1. Incomplete registration forms will not be accepted.
   2. Do not submit more than one registration form for the same child.
   3. Submission of the registration form does not guarantee admission.
   4. Admission depends upon seat availability and school policy.
   5. Upon successful review of your registration form, an Interaction Card will be issued and made available in your Parent Dashboard. Kindly download and present the card at the Parent–Teacher Interaction.
   6. The list of selected candidates will be displayed on the school website, social media pages and school office notice board.
   7. After confirmation of admission, fee must be deposited within the stipulated time, failing which admission shall stand cancelled.
7. Verification of Documents
   1. Final admission is subject to verification of all original documents along with photocopies.

   1. The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
   2. The decision of the School Management regarding admission shall be final and binding.
   3. Any attempt to influence the admission process directly or indirectly may lead to cancellation of the application.
